HOW TO USE

Non-Caffeinated: Consume 1 Go Gel 15 minutes prior to exercise. During exercise we recommend 1 Go Gel every 30-45 minutes.

Caffeinated: Consume 1 Caffeinated Go Gel 15 minutes prior to exercise. Do not consume more than 2 gels every 3-4 hours. Do not consume more than 5 gels within a 24-hour period.
